Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway. She played the role for seven seasons of AMC's historical drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. It has earned the actress six Emmy nominations for the best supporting actress and deserved praise from critics. She has been known in the past two decades for her performances in the legal thriller Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. She is known for her performances as the voice of Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey at Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. She has also lent her voice in animation films, such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. At first, she was a successful model. In the following years the modeling profession continued up to 1999, when Undressed became her first role as an actor on TV. Her first major role as a character in Beggars and Choosers. Her part in Firefly which is a classic film that was also well received by both audiences and critics alike, was followed. Esquire magazine chose her to be the most attractive woman in the world and the Best-Looking American Woman of 2010.
